Is this Estimate all-inclusive?

Yes, depending on what information you provided and services you requested. All basic services are included in every quote unless otherwise specified or requested. Please ask your sales rep for details. Or ask for a quote:










What does this Estimate include?

All basic estimates include loading, transportation, unloading, gas, miles, tolls, taxes, furniture wrapping, basic disassembly, and basic reassembly. Please ask your sales rep for details.

Does this Estimate include packing?

All estimates include blanket furniture wrapping and additional wrapping for all fragile items and furniture unless otherwise requested/specified. Please ask your sales rep for details.

Will my Estimate expire?

We are always trying to keep your estimates the same and it all depends on our availability. All our estimates are generally available for 7 days and are subject to change after that time. Please ask your sales rep for details.

Is this a final price?

Yes, all prices final (for the inventory provided and the services requested.) Please ask your sales rep for details.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Everything you see on your contract is all you will pay for.

How do you charge for the move?

All moves are charged by either the hour, space/volume or weight. Please ask your sales rep for details.

Are my items covered by insurance?

Yes, it is required by law for a moving company to provide you with insurance of at least $0.60 per pound per item. Full Value insurance is available upon request. Please ask your sales rep for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We generally accept all forms of payments except for AMEX cards, personal checks, and certified checks. Please ask your sales rep for details.

Do you provide/deliver packing materials?

Can you do an in-home estimate?

Yes, we normally can depending on your location, size of the move and our availability. Please ask your sales rep for details or request a Free In-Home Estimate here

Do you transport Pets?

Not at the moment.

Do you transport vehicles?

Not at the moment. We do, however, have a sister company that can provide you with the estimate and the service. Please ask your sales rep for details.

Do I have to be present at the time of pickup/delivery?

Although, it is highly preferred and recommended, you don’t have to be present at the time of pickup yourself, however, someone you know has to be present to complete the paperwork associated with your move and witness the work that’s being done.

Do I have to empty my dressers/drawers prior to movers’ arrival?

Yes, you do. Not all furniture is made to be transported while it has items in it and can simply break under its own weight or can be damaged from within.

Will you take apart my beds and put them back together?

Yes, we will at no additional cost.

How long will the delivery take?

Average Delivery Time:

  • 0 – 500 miles — 0-6 business days from FDA.
  • 501 – 1000 miles — 1-10 business days from FDA.
  • 1001-1500 miles — 2-14 business days from FDA.
  • 1501-3500 miles — 3-21 business days from FDA.

Will someone else’s Items be on the truck along with mine?

Yes, unless you have a full truck worth of belongings. In order for us to minimize the cost of your move, we have to combine shipments that are going to the same destination/direction. All items are marked and separated on the truck while in transit and this practice is standard for most of the moving companies.

Can you provide storage?

Yes, we can provide you with the storage upon request. Please ask your sales rep for details or visit Storage Services page for additional info.

Can I ride in the truck with the movers?

Absolutely not, due to liability reasons.

Can I help movers on the day of the move?

You can move your belongings around as much as you want but you cannot load/unload anything from the truck due to liability reasons. Please ask your sales rep for details.
